- Maintain good hygiene. Make sure to wash properly, trim your toenails regularly, and stay moisturized.
- Invest in comfortable footwear. Choosing footwear that fits you well, with room for your toes and supports your feet properly.
- Stretching and exercising your feet can help loosen and strengthen your muscles and improve your flexibility.
It’s imperative to be aware of your foot conditions and how they may affect your overall well-being. Maintaining good foot care can help you prevent future conditions from arising in all parts of your body.
